After opening a new location in Seoul on August 12, NIKE, Inc. recently added another digital footprint to its portfolio: Nike By Williamsburg.
Located at 81 North 6th Street in Brooklyn, NY, the âbrick and mortarâ location was designed with the brand’s Live concept. Similar to the Upper East Side and Flatiron District stores, the newly launched space is small in size and specifically designed for the Williamsburg consumer. Special emphasis was placed on women, as products and services evolve with local consumers over time. As part of its strategy, the local Nike by Williamsburg offers:
⢠An organized assortment of performance and lifestyle footwear and apparel offers aimed at our female and male consumers in the neighborhood
⢠A new gender neutral clothing section with extended sizes to the second floor with genderless mannequins, first shown in a live store format
⢠Partnerships with Williamsburg businesses such as Buddies Coffee, Northside Bakery, La Bicyclette Bakery, Heal Haus, Y7 Studio and Grind House to support the local community
With its two floors and 6,000 square feet, the latest New York-based Swoosh store will be sure to have plenty of products. And by leveraging market research, its Nike SNKRS and other digital platforms, the folks at Nike have ensured that the store has exactly what the immediate community wants.
