Nike and its Nike SB aren’t kidding this season as it has a plethora of new shoe options to offer the public, such as its collaborations with Gundam and supreme. And now the skate-centric label is returning to its GR kickbox line and unveiling an all-new SB Dunk High “Unbleached” colourway.
The reason for the namesake of these shoes is that the Swoosh team wanted to give consumers an element of DIY. While the uppers are made with creamy canvas underlays and off-white overlays, you have the flexibility to dye them any color you want and change their look. Laces, mesh tabs and leather swooshes complement each other in a stark white hue. Elsewhere on the base layer you’ll find subtle bursts of orange showing the face on the Swooshes tongue and Nike Air squares that sit on top of the soles. Below, the midsoles go for the colorless hold and are paired with gum outsoles. If these aren’t personalized, its heavyweight neutral palette makes it a suitable iteration to lace up throughout the fall season.
These will be released as a Nike SB Orange Label version in select skate stores only.
