Vanessa Bryant has shared the sad news of the passing of her family dog, Cruciatus. She shared several photos of the adorable black lab, thanking him for being such a nice boy.
“We love you, Crucio. Thanks for any nice boy. Thanks for watching over us. We will miss you,” she captioned the post. Bryant’s supporters and friends were quick to show him their support, writing her encouraging messages and letting her know they’re with her in spirit.” So sorry Vanessa. We love you all,” Kris Jenner wrote. “Sending you so much love,” wrote Lily Collins.
Bryant shared videos of Crucio and his kindness and support when she needed it most. A month ago, she shared a clip of Crucio licking her and lying next to her. “Crucio (still trying to lick my tears away),” she captioned the post.

Bryant and his family have long been dog lovers, sharing photos and updates of them from time to time. Months after the death of Vanessa Bryant’s husband, Kobe Bryant, and their daughter Giannashe welcomed another dog into their family, named Bobby.
Following the death of her husband and child, Bryant, who has three other daughters — Natalie, Bianka and Corsair – keeps the legacy of Kobe Bryant alive, wanting to make the world of sports fairer. She founded The Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation to provide equal opportunities for child athletes. “It was important for Kobe, exemplified by Gigi and something that Natalia, Bianka, Capri and I will always fight for,” Bryant said. “That’s why in our camps, girls and boys organize exercises together. They play together on the same team,” Bryant said.
